Training is the key to ensuring a productive, cost effective and consistent program of service. A satisfied client on all levels is a direct result of our detailed training skills and the continual training programs we implement. Because the service industry is so labor intensive, effective training is critical to improving the quality provided to all of our customers.

Service Keepers provides both group and one-on-one training sessions to ensure that all new hires, employees and supervisors understand all aspects of his or her job responsibilities.

At Service Keepers, training is a continual process. On-site spot checks allow our Site Managers to evaluate the training process and make follow up suggestions and/or recommendations identifying the strengths and any possible deficiencies that may have occurred.

By continuing to provide high levels of training in our industry, the result will be highly motivated employees, consistently responsive service and above all, clean and well maintained facilities all year long.

Accreditation for education and training from professional associations allow our people to provide cleaning services to a wide variety of industries. We have certified instructors who provide our training, satisfying the requirements of the following associations:
