What I do: I am the proud owner and visionary of a tech-based building services contracting firm with over 30 years of work history in the commercial facilities services industry. I know what it takes to get the cleaning job done. As a company, our leadership team focuses on continuous training and education. As a leader, my focus is on motivating and influencing the very people that make it all happen. There is no greater feeling than showing facility owners and directors that through the incorporation of technology and professional training, existing janitorial performance becomes significantly more productive. Service Keepers Maintenance provides facilities with the unmatched attention of a small company and the operational protocols of a large national company. After many years in the business, my favorite part of working as a BSC is the continuous challenge of re-engineering what I consider to be the most important trade industry in providing safety and health to the work environment. The cleaning industry as a whole has vastly improved in methods and technology – and will continue to do so at a rapid pace moving forward. Our mission is to stay on this cutting edge and leverage our best practices with these improvements.

Who I am: After graduating from the University of Florida, I spent time travelling the world: living in a Colorado ski town, residing in a pueblo in the mountains of Guatemala, a martial arts school in Seoul, Korea, and so on. I then settled back in the U.S. and started my professional career in the Commercial Facilities Maintenance Industry. Outside of work, my wife and I have three teenage boys. As a family, we all enjoy ocean sports, mountain biking, cycling – one could say we’re all pretty active. But our favorite family activity: making each other smile.

Chief Executive Officer, Visionary

Born and raised in South Florida, Audra Berman joined the Service Keepers family in 2018. She graduated with her B.A. from University of Florida and received her M.A. from University of Colorado.

Audra has over 20 years experience in management and team development. She is responsible for reviewing the company’s financial growth, purchasing, and strategic planning and was selected as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023 by FIU’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

Audra is certified by the Woman Owned Business Entity and her leadership, communication, and customer service skills help contribute to Service Keepers’ success.

Outside of her work, Audra enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel, bike, and take in live music.

Ollie Vaval was Born in Haiti and moved to Miami at a young age. I graduated from Barry University and obtained a B.A in health administration with a minor in Social Welfare. I currently speak 3 languages, it’s a huge asset when dealing with a diverse pool of employees. I’ve been with Service Keepers for many years, it has been a roller-coaster but I have learned immensely with this company and it has helped me to grow with them.
