Neal Berman
Neal Berman has spent more than 30 years building Service Keepers Maintenance into one of South Florida’s most trusted names in commercial cleaning. His path to leadership, however, was far from linear.
After earning his degree from the University of Florida, Neal set out to see the world. He spent several years traveling across the United States, Guatemala, and Korea, exploring new cultures and gaining a deeper appreciation for hard work, adaptability, and respect. Those experiences continue to shape the way he leads and serves today.
When he returned to Miami to learn the family business, Neal discovered his passion for advancing the cleaning industry. Over the decades, he has remained committed to innovation, adopting new technologies, promoting eco-friendly products, and elevating custodial training and standards throughout the field.
At Service Keepers, Neal champions a philosophy centered on health, productivity, and well-being. He believes in a holistic, science-driven approach to cleaning that enhances both appearance and the quality of the environments his teams maintain. Continuous learning and hands-on education are core to his leadership, ensuring every team member stays at the forefront of custodial best practices.
