About Us Core Values A Janitorial Company Dedicated to You Who We Are A facility solutions company that specializes in cleaning, measuring, and monitoring environmental hygiene through understanding and implementing evidence-based practices. What We Do Service Keepers aims to clean for health because cleaning for perception is just not enough. Our Mission To revolutionize the cleaning industry for efficiency and safety while providing professional, reliable, and responsive service. We will become the trusted service partner to owners and administrators of buildings throughout Florida. Meet Our Team Our mission and company culture are exemplified by our management team. Meet the people that make it all happen! What I do: I am the proud owner and visionary of a tech-based building services contracting firm with over 30 years of work history in the commercial facilities services industry. I know what it takes to get the cleaning job done. As a company, our leadership team focuses on continuous training and education. As a leader, my focus is on motivating and influencing the very people that make it all happen. There is no greater feeling than showing facility owners and directors that through the incorporation of technology and professional training, existing janitorial performance becomes significantly more productive. Service Keepers Maintenance provides facilities with the unmatched attention of a small company and the operational protocols of a large national company. After many years in the business, my favorite part of working as a BSC is the continuous challenge of re-engineering what I consider to be the most important trade industry in providing safety and health to the work environment. The cleaning industry as a whole has vastly improved in methods and technology – and will continue to do so at a rapid pace moving forward. Our mission is to stay on this cutting edge and leverage our best practices with these improvements. Who I am: After graduating from the University of Florida, I spent time travelling the world: living in a Colorado ski town, residing in a pueblo in the mountains of Guatemala, a martial arts school in Seoul, Korea, and so on. I then settled back in the U.S. and started my professional career in the Commercial Facilities Maintenance Industry. Outside of work, my wife and I have three teenage boys. As a family, we all enjoy ocean sports, mountain biking, cycling – one could say we’re all pretty active. But our favorite family activity: making each other smile. I am Juan E. Rodriguez. I studied Engineering Design and Construction at UPONIC (Popular University of Nicaragua). While studying, I began working at Banco de América Central (BAC) in Nicaragua, where I worked in the Customer Service department as a cashier. I was then promoted to Comptroller, which was the very reason that made me pursue studies in accounting at UNIVAL Nicaragua (Universidad Internacional de Integración de América Latina). Later on, I worked as the Operations and Services Manager in a branch of ENSA (PepsiCo) Nicaragua. I have experience in personnel, inventory, and fleet management. When I arrived in this country 10 years ago, I started working with Service Keepers as a cleaner, before I was promoted to Supervisor, passing through different buildings over several years. In 2020, I worked as an Area Supervisor. Currently, I am an Area Manager. I feel privileged to work for this company where I have put my knowledge into practice but above all, I have learned a lot, and I know I have a lot to learn. I have met so many wonderful people, and important doors have opened for me. During my time off, I like to paint, draw, craft, and skate. I also love to spend time having fun with my wife and children. Juan Rodriguez Area Manager Going Green Eco-Friendly Cleaning ServicesService Keepers Maintenance, Inc. makes eco-friendly work environments a priority. We implement CIMS standards, EPA regulations, and Green Seal certified products to promote the safety and health of your facility. Our Environment“Everything that we need for our survival and well-being depends, either directly or indirectly, on our natural environment. Sustainability creates and maintains the conditions under which humans and nature can exist in productive harmony that permit fulfilling the social, economic, and other requirements of present and future generations.” – EPAOur Green Clean InitiativeWe strongly believe in green cleaning and the positive effect it can have on the surfaces we clean, our health, and the environment. Above all, it’s why we’ve been doing it for over 30 years. So, we plan on continuing that way.The eco-friendly chemicals we use are gentle and efficient. With a Ready-to-Dispense system, why waste unnecessary amounts of water filling-up mop buckets and incorrectly diluting chemicals? We’ve sincerely learned that a little goes a long way. With our microfiber rags, we don’t need paper products or cotton rags that will eventually need to be disposed of after minimal use. Microfiber rags allow us to efficiently clean surfaces and to reuse them time and time again. However, green chemicals are not the end of it. Service Keepers continues to grow and revolutionize new ways in which we can improve our sustainability. Moreover, being green is an ongoing effort that changes for the better with time.
